This home has a screened-in deck facing the gulf and is a perfect place to enjoy an evening after an active day at the beach. Kids love to bring their sleeping bags and spend the night on the deck enjoying the gentle sea breezes as they sleep.

 

This home sleeps 4 people on the beds in two bedrooms (1 bedroom upstairs-1 downstairs), 2 people on a sleeper sofa and extra people on the deck in sleeping bags - plus cots if you bring them.

Handicapped Equipped:

The home is a handicapped equipped but not to A.D.A. standards, although it meets the owner’s needs. There is a wheelchair ramp up to the house, extra large roll-in shower, patient-ceiling lift from the bed  to chair or floor, and grab bar at toilet.  713-723-8618

  • $155 per night for up to 4 people

  • Discounts after 5th night

  • One-time cleaning fee of $50.00

  • Check-in time after 1:00PM

  • Smoking outdoors only - no smoking in the home

  • 2-night minimum stay

  • Holiday weekends: 3-night minimum stay
